Cattails at Meadow View

Cattails

Cattails at MeadowView is a Denis Griffiths design that opened in 1998 in the Tri-Cities area of Kingsport, Tennessee. Nestled at the base of scenic Bays Mountain, picturesque holes feature Bermuda fairways and Bentgrass greens.

What makes this course unique is the feel of playing two different golf courses. The links-style front nine offer long, straight holes - good for the drive. Wide fairways, rolling terrain and plenty of sand is a fair yet challenging test. The back nine wanders through woods with beautiful scenic views and that special feel of being surrounded by nature. Cattails is totally unique in East Tennessee - a beach-style course and a mountain-style course, all in one.

Cattails at MeadowView is a championship golf course with challenging bunkers, six beautiful lakes, a winding stream, plenty of woods and large greens. Even though while playing this remarkable course, you are within the city of Kingsport, Cattails has the feel of a nature preserve. You shouldn’t be surprised if you happen to see wildlife while playing the back nine.

The course is always in great shape and the service is top of the line. The pro shop is simply amazing, too. Located at the MeadowView Marriott Conference Resort & Convention Center, Cattails is the only stayand- play opportunity in the Tri-Cities area of Northeast Tennessee.

Check out one of the neat little corners of the world - the Tri-Cities of Northeast Tennessee. You’re sure to have an enjoyable experience, particularly when you play this gem of a golf course - Cattails at MeadowView.
